Orchestrated Stylized Shoots did it again with this photoshoot in Colorado! They called on Paper and Home to create rustic elegant wedding invitations for some gorgeous, natural wedding inspiration. The photoshoot took place this summer in Leadville, Colorado, an old mining town with a fascinating history.
Inspired by the town of Leadville, we utilized rustic kraft paper, fun motifs/phrases, and traditional hand calligraphy to create the invitation suite. The bride and groom’s names got the hand calligraphed treatment, along with the guest addressing on the envelopes. The trifold wedding invitation opens up accordion style to reveal a schedule of events and history of Leadville, Colorado. We event found an old miner’s map of the town from the 19th century! We used it as a background element behind the history of the town.
The gold ink against the black envelope creates a gorgeous contrast.
The little renderings of whiskey, wedding rings, utensils, and mining tools make this invitation extra special.
Working with the black and gold color palette from the invitation envelope, we created round menu cards for the table setting. The black cards were cut in a circle shape and mounted to a gold glitter stock, giving them a festive and elegant touch. The menu titles were done in hand calligraphy for added luxuriousness.
Thank you Orchestrated Stylized Shoots and Bit of Ivory Photography for creating this Colorado wedding inspiration! All of the vendors did an incredible job in making this vision a reality.
